Production process

Step 1, material intake and inspection: PP, PE, and ABS resin pellets are received and checked for moisture, color, and certificates of origin before entering the warehouse.

Step 2, mixing and drying: materials are blended to formula with masterbatch color pellets, then dried to ensure stability during molding.

Step 3, injection molding: material is fed into 250 to 450 ton injection presses, heated, and injected into molds to form products to technical drawings.

Step 4, quality control: every batch is checked for dimensions, thickness, strength, and surface finish; defective parts are rejected and recycled in-house.

Step 5, packing and delivery: qualified products are packed, labeled for traceability, stored, and delivered to customers on the committed schedule.
